Membership Fees

The Applicant hereto agrees to pay to the Corporation its Membership Fee as set forth according to the schedule below, the CCF Bylaws and the CCF Member Guidelines

CY2007 dues will be prorated based on the date of receipt of dues payment. The difference between fees received and CY2007 prorated dues will be applied to CY2008 dues.

Payment of all Membership Fees must be made in cash, in United States Dollars (US$) by check or wire transfer of immediately available funds. Contributions in kind will not be accepted. Members shall be solely responsible for the payment of any and all taxes imposed in connection with such payment of Membership Fees, excluding only taxes imposed on CCF's income, if any.

Agreement and Authorization

By signing electronically and clicking the agree button below, the individual executing this Membership Application on behalf of the Applicant warrants that he, she or it possesses all requisite signing authority for and on behalf of the entity, association or individual seeking Membership. The Applicant further warrants that he, she or it has reviewed and agrees to be bound by the terms of the CCF Articles of Incorporation, CCF Bylaws, CCF Operating Principles, CCF Intellectual Property Rights Policy and CCF Member Guidelines. The Applicant warrants that if this Membership Application is accepted by CCF, the Applicant will pay the Membership Fees outlined in this Membership Application and in accordance with the Membership Guidelines referenced hereby.

This CCF Membership Application constitutes an offer for admittance by the applicant as a Member of the CCF. Upon submission of this Membership Application, the membership committee of CCF will be provided with the Applicant’s information and, if approved, the Applicant will be (i) notified of such fact by the CCF; (ii) required to pay the Membership Fee; and (iii) required to sign an original of this Membership Application. Upon approval of the Applicant’s Membership Application, the payment of the Annual Membership Fee and the delivery and receipt of an original signature of this Membership Application, the Applicant shall be admitted as a Member in the CCF.
