What information is collected
When you register with our site, we will ask you for your name, job title, and company or organization's name, and your business address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address. This information is your "contact information." If you are registering for an event, paying membership fees, making a contribution, or placing any order through our site, we will also require additional financial and billing information (such as credit card information, billing and delivery addresses, etc.). This type of information is your "financial information." Forms requiring your financial information are encrypted. When you visit our site, some information such as your Internet or IP address, Internet Service Provider, the site or most recent sites that you visited prior to arriving at our site, and the time and date of your visit, may be collected automatically as part of the operation of the site. Once collected, this information (which we call "aggregate information") is not linked to your personally identifiable information such as your contact or financial information.

How your information is used
Contact Information. We use your contact information to send you information about our organization and its activities, upcoming events, and to communicate with you concerning events for which you have registered or other requests that you have submitted to us. We share your contact information with third parties whose activities, services, or products may interest our visitors. Aggregate Information. Aggregate information is used to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site. This information may also be used to compile aggregate statistics about the number of visitors to our site and how visitors use our site, so that we can improve our web site.

Children under age thirteen
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act took effect on April 21, 2000, and imposes certain requirements on web sites.
